Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar Signs Five-Year Agreement with HSI
Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar is one of the top 10 fastest growing restaurant chains in the United States. Founded in 1982, the company is a growing operator, owner, and franchiser of several made-to-order Buffalo-style chicken wings and other menu items. Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar has an inviting, neighborhood feel with a New York style and 14 different signature sauces. The restaurant is often described as a sophisticated sports bar with a full menu, high-tech televisions, and trivia games. The chain currently has 448 restaurants that are located across the United States in 38 different states, and it expects to open several more company-owned and franchised restaurants over the next several years.
Hospitality Solutions International (HSI) recently announced the Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar chain would be signing a five-year agreement to buy numerous HSI’s Profit Series Point-of-Sale (POS) systems. HSI will provide POS software and centralized menu management to around 175 of Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar company-owned restaurants. Under the agreement, franchised restaurants would also be able to leverage the negotiated price.
The Hospitality Solutions International Profit Series POS is a user-friendly system designed to fit into any hospitality environment from hotels to restaurants. The concept behind the POS is to seamlessly link the front of the house with the back of the house in real-time, which means more effective communication between the kitchen and the wait staff at Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar.
Hospitality Solutions International is a division of MICRO Systems, which provides technology software solutions for the hospitality sector. HSI has the ability to create software and integrate pre-existing systems, and the company also provides clients with on-demand software. As HSI was negotiating an agreement with Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar, they were able to offer the chain a variety of products suitable for property management, but the HSI Profit Series POS turned out to be the best software to manage the burgeoning chain restaurant.
